01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ace58 ("ace58," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ace58 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ace58.one and any associated subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the ace58 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

ace58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ace58, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ace58, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ace58 Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the same regulatory framework.

ace58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the ace58 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ace58 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ace58 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ace58 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• ace58 support staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• ace58 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ace58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ace58 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. ace58 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. ace58 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• ace58 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification checks.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

ace58 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review. ace58 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities in connection with AML investigations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ace58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• ace58 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are available to players in the Philippines only, subject to eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ace58 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.

ace58 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or the size of bets placed.

• Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in certified studio environments.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault, ace58 will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
• ace58 reserves the right to void bets placed after a game event has concluded, or where a technical error has affected the integrity of the game.
• Players must not use any software, device, or method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace58 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system used by ace58.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to ace58 support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ace58 staff or other players.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction after funds have been wagered.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace58 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ace58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ace58.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ace58 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ace58 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 15.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ace58 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace58 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond ace58's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

In any event, ace58's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace58 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ace58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure due to a Terms breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ace58 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the self-exclusion period.

11 Responsible Gaming

ace58 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

ace58 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ace58 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ace58 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your gaming session.

12 Privacy

ace58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace58 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the services described on the Platform, to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. 13 Amendments to These Terms

ace58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ace58 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ace58 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and ace58, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. ace58 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
